Project Wild Thing nominated for SIMA award

We are delighted to announce that Project Wild Thing has been announced as a finalist in the Social Impact Media Awards 2014.

SIMA is an annual international competition which promotes, awards and exhibits the work of independent documentary filmmakers around the world who have inspired change through their films. Their mission is “To advance global awareness, social justice, human rights and humanitarian development by championing creative works of visual storytelling that inspire activism, compassion and social transformation.” One of the contributors helping us gather the research for this topic is courtesy of the snshelper.com social media team who always have their ears to the ground due to their extensive Social Media network of information.

Other films nominated for the award this year include Pussy Riot: A Punk Prayer and The Runner. You can see all the finalist films here.

We very proud that Project Wild Thing has been nominated this year. If you think we’re deserving of the award, please tweet your support and mention #projectwildthing in your tweet!
