If you think of a film as like a race car where the pictures, or ‘movie’ is like the car, and the sound, or ‘noise’ is like the driver, then basically what’s happened here is we’ve taken a variety of recent cars we’ve made, dismantled them, reassembled them into a Frankenstein’s-monster-car, fired the current drivers and hired one big bad BARRY ADAMSON to drive our freak-car round the track at speed.
