Timmy is a werewolf with human aspirations. He wears a suit and shades in the summer. He is hopeless yet hopelessly loveable, and somehow more human than any wolf (or ape…and some humans) to hit the silver screen before him…

A film originally made for Straight-8, shot and edited in-camera on a single roll of Super 8mm film. Timmy the Wolf goes in search of true love…

Thanks to an Arts Council grant we spent 60 days in our local primary school in teaching the children to make films. This is one of the 40 shorts they shot and edited.





We worked with children’s author Chris Speyer and, using an overhead projector, filmed this fairy tale, written and performed by primary school children.
